It is with great pride that we are, for the second consecutive year, official sponsors of Yamaha Driver António Maio, National Off-Road Champion, at the 2024 Dakar Rally.
The 46th edition of the Dakar Rally took place in Saudi Arabia from January 5th to 19th. The race was a combination of speed, endurance, strategy and teamwork.
The starting point was in the city of Alula and the arrival in Yanbu, on the Red Sea coast. The route will be 7,900 kilometers long, of which 4,727 kilometers will be timed. The route will be one of the most demanding to date, with 12 special stages plus the Prologue.
We congratulate the National Champion and his entire Yamaha Fino Motor Racing team for achieving 18th place in the general classification in the coveted Top-20.
