The starting point was in Portugal, but the destination was another continent.

After traveling more than 3,000 km in a straight line, the LASO team arrived in Cape Verde with a highly complex logistical mission: to transport new wind turbine components for the Santiago Wind Farm Expansion Project.

This large-scale operation involved three Vestas V150 – 4.5 HH90 machines and, to ensure the success of this challenge, LASO mobilized six of its drivers: Rui Gordo, Manuel Silva, Manuel João, João Leitão, Nuno Raposo, and Celestino Barbosa. Their commitment and professionalism were crucial in ensuring that each component reached its destination in perfect condition.

This project is part of the ambitious Clean Energy Expansion Plan in Cape Verde and reiterates LASO’s ability to operate in the most demanding logistics projects globally.

Once again, LASO demonstrates that there are no limits or impossibilities, anywhere in the world. We overcome obstacles!
