LASO - Transportes, SA ("LASO") is a company specialized in providing road transportation of special and normal goods.

Formed in May 2007, LASO was the result of a partnership between the shareholders of two of the largest specialized transportation companies in Portugal - Transportes Lamarão, S.A. and Solenha – Sociedade de Transportes Rodoviários, Lda, both with a vast market experience since 1979 and 1990, respectively. In 2010 these companies were eventually merged into LASO. 

Based on a versatile fleet of 1800 equipments and having a wide operational scope, a deep technical know-how acquired over the years, and a highly experienced and skilled workforce of 960 employees, LASO takes the lead of the specialized transportation market in Portugal.

Although with an essentially Iberian basis LASO vehicles operate throughout Europe daily. Seeking to broaden its horizons LASO has been increasing its international presence through partnerships with widely renowned companies in the transportation and lifting sector, and through the different projects undertaken from Africa to Latin America, in countries such as Morocco, Cape Verde, Senegal and Nicaragua.
